We reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices, at any time, without notice or consequence.

Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our site does not directly process any payments, so none of your payment details are viewed, processed or stored by us or our website servers.

We are not responsible for any delays in payment clearance. Orders will only be shipped when we have received payment in full.

Shipping

Where delivery is included, it will state so on the item’s product page. Shipping for larger items are quoted upon application. We use a range of delivery providers according to what is most effective.

International shipping is not included in displayed prices and will be quoted upon application. Paintings shipped overseas can be removed from their strecher bars, rolled and shipped in a tube. We can also pack them in a box or crate, ready to hang if that is your preference.

Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved. If applicable, you will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.

Due to Covid 19, delivery of items by shipping providers take longer than usual. This is out of our control.

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or in any way related to your use of this Website or the Services or information offered on this website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and solicitor’s fees of every kind and nature incurred by you or any third parties through you.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. We are not liable for differences in colour or appearance that may be attributed to variations in calibration of computer monitors or handheld devices as compared to the original or printed products.

We hold the copyright to the content of this website, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts and databases contained on the website or in connection with the services.
