All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your original artwork arrives with damages or major flaws, we’re here to help!
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of:
- The outer packaging before opening (especially if it shows signs of damage), and
- The artwork itself
This helps us resolve things quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns for Original Artwork
- If your return is approved, we’ll walk you through the steps for sending it safely back to us.
- Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund once we’ve received the artwork.
- Please return the artwork in its original packaging to keep it safe during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your protection.
- Once received, we’ll inspect the artwork and, if approved, we’ll issue your refund right away.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Prints
If a print arrives damaged, we will replace it with an identical one.
