We offer free shipping across all metropolitan areas within Australia. For regional or remote areas, shipping fees may apply — please contact us before placing your order to receive a quote. All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted courier services to ensure they arrive safely.

International shipping is available. Please contact us before making your purchase for an international shipping quote. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening and of any damage to the artwork itself. Contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Each frame has been selected to complement the artwork, but if you prefer a different floating frame colour, please reach out to discuss available options prior to purchase.
